Now with added sheet metal capabilities, it takes our work to a whole new level. Our highly skilled technicians complete all duct work to SMACNA standards. With a vast network of labor relationships, we can mobilize quickly to deliver projects when response time is critical.

- CAD pipe design and pre-construction planning
- Pipe and sheet metal fabrication from our own state-of-the-art shop

From design to testing, we offer proven expertise and possess numerous authorizations, including the ASME “R” and “PP” stamps. As one of a select few industrial service contractors with ASME section IX authorization for boiler and high-pressure piping, we’re uniquely positioned to serve projects requiring both types of expertise. As an affiliate to several organizations dedicated to the type of work we perform, and as a signatory to the national board of pressure vessel inspectors, UA national agreement, national power and generation agreement, and national fabrication agreement, Sylvan is committed to building and maintaining our knowledge and skill base in accordance with evolving industry standards.
Installation Process
Our fabrication facilities allow us to create much of the pre-fabrication work offsite and deliver it to the job site quickly, providing cost savings to our clients. We’re able to accelerate project cycles, reduce risk, and ensure quality delivery at a lower cost.
