Sylvan is a General Contractor in Tennessee, self-performing underground utilities installation, concrete installation (flat and vertical), metal stud and drywall installation, structural steel installation, and mechanical services. Our Project Managers have over 75 years of combined experience, while our Project Superintendents have over 100 years of combined experience. All Project Superintendents and Project Managers have 30 Hour OSHA training.
