My Mental Wellness
Our Service team was called out to My Mental Wellness to complete a boiler replacement, along with removing and replace 24 heating/cooling rooftop units. Our unique ability to maintain safety, quality, and productivity was key to successfully completing our scope of work.
My Mental Wellness is a program that aims to provide proactive mental health and wellness support for youth and adults in Detroit.
Advanced Technology Academy
Sylvan was chosen to replace six Commercial Rooftop Airconditioning Units at the Advanced Technology Academy in Dearborn, Michigan. All units were successfully installed with no injuries or incidents.
Advanced Technology is a Michigan PreK – 12 public charter school district that offers a variety of additional educational opportunities for all students.

Jeff Buday
Jeff Buday was recently recognized for his dedication to the craft. He was this month’s Employee Spotlight and has been a part of our team for over 40 years. Throughout his time here, he has made a huge impact on our team with his wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic. We had a customer go out of his way to thank us for his outstanding customer service:

David Reaves
We would like to welcome David Reaves to our team! David started his journey in the HVAC industry in 2000 where he found a passion for his work. His attention to detail and wide range of experience has not gone unnoticed in his first few weeks here.
When he is not at work, spending time with his family is his favorite thing to do. He also enjoys playing baseball and coaching his son’s basketball team.
We are very excited to have David on our team!
