Eric Foster manages Sylvan’s Michigan operations. He began his career as a mechanical engineer designing process piping and HVAC systems in 1993, moving to construction management in 1995. He has since managed projects and businesses units in the oil/gas, automotive, chemical and power sectors. He joined Sylvan in 2019. Eric believes that listening closely to and fully understanding our customers’ needs, while consistently executing their projects through sound project management, are what allow our business to grow. Growth of the business provides opportunities for Sylvan’s people to engage in fulfilling careers with Sylvan and allows us to attract good people to the team. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.
